A practical guide to the work
Start with a task. Follow your project’s permissions and confirm any released record before sharing it.
01Create and organise a project+
In the workspace, create a project with its basic details and dates. Review the project settings before adding records. Commercial admission and plan capacity must allow a new project.
02Add the project team+
Open the project team panel, choose the appropriate role and invite the person. Check that the email and permission scope match the intended responsibility.
03Upload project documents+
Use the document area to upload the file and add context. Wait for processing and scan state before treating an upload as ready. Check document visibility before release.
04Manage drawing revisions+
Upload the drawing revision with the relevant drawing reference. Confirm revision details and review the drawing workflow before replacing the version used by the team.
05Record a site visit+
Open daily site records, enter the date, activity and notes, and add supporting evidence. Confirm the saved state before leaving the page or going offline.
06Track and close a snag+
Create a snag with its location, description and responsible person. Add evidence of the fix, then review the closure rather than treating a comment as completion.
07Review and release records+
Open the release queue, review the proposed records and use the approval workflow. Share the released version and preserve the decision context.
08Give a client project access+
Open client access for the specific project. Create or renew the authorised project invitation/link, choose the permitted view and send it through your approved channel. Clients use that project link, not an internal staff account. Revoke access when it is no longer needed.
09Review costs and claims+
Open the project cost or claim view, check currency and source records, and use the available review/approval workflow. Firm subscription charges are separate from optional project fees.
10Export records and get help+
Use the authorised organisation/project export workflow and inspect its coverage and file hashes. For a problem, describe the task, time and error in the support form; omit secrets and sensitive attachments.
Describe the task.

For clients: contact the project manager who issued your access link for project permissions, releases or project decisions.
